Nabza — Terms of Use

Last updated 27 August 2026

These terms cover your use of the Nabza app. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use Nabza.

Read this one properly. Nabza shows what other people have reported. It is not an official source and it can be wrong or out of date. Do not rely on Nabza in an emergency. If you need a hospital, call ahead or call 112.

What Nabza is

Nabza collects short-lived reports from people about how busy a place is, and shows them to everyone else nearby. Every crowd level, wait time and "here now" count comes from members of the public, not from the venue and not from us.

What Nabza is not

Reports expire on their own, between 45 minutes and 3 hours, precisely because old crowd data is misleading. Check the timestamp before you act on anything.

Your account

Reporting honestly

The whole app depends on reports being truthful. You agree not to:

Content you post

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us permission to store and display it inside Nabza so the app can work. That permission ends when the content expires or you delete your account, except where someone else's copy already exists.

We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules, including through automated photo safety scanning, and we do not have to explain each decision in advance.

Points and leaderboard

Points and rankings are a way of recognising people who report regularly. They have no monetary value, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and may be adjusted or reset — particularly where we find them to have been earned by false reports.

Paid features

Some features may be offered as a paid plan. Where they are, the price, billing period and what is included will be shown before you pay, and payment is handled by Google Play, under Google's terms. Cancellations and refunds follow Google Play's policy.

Availability

Nabza is provided as-is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption, that reports will be accurate, or that the app will suit any particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your reliance on anything shown in the app — including time, money or opportunity lost by travelling somewhere on the strength of a report.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time from Me → Danger zone, or by writing to us. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, or where required by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do we'll change the date at the top, and continuing to use Nabza means you accept the updated version.
