Delete your Nabza account
You can delete your Nabza account and its data at any time. There are two ways to do it.
From inside the app (fastest)
- Open Nabza and go to the Me tab.
- Scroll to Danger zone and open it.
- Tap Delete account, then confirm.
Deletion happens immediately and you are signed out once it finishes.
If the app asks you to sign in again first, that is a security check — signing in and retrying straight away will complete the deletion.
By email
Write to igotisekai.apps@gmail.com from the email address you signed up with, or include the phone number you signed up with, and ask us to delete your Nabza account. We will confirm once it is done.
What gets deleted
- Your user record — your name, username, profile photo, points, report count and badges.
- Your sign-in itself, so the email address or phone number is no longer linked to any account.
- Your saved places and your preferences.
- Your check-ins. Any "I'm here" record expires within the hour on its own, and holds no identifying information in the first place.
- Push notification registration, so the app can no longer reach your device.
What we keep, and why
- Crowd reports and posts you already submitted may remain visible until they expire, which happens on its own between 45 minutes and 3 hours. Other people may already be relying on them to decide whether to travel somewhere, and pulling them instantly would leave the map wrong for everyone else. Once your user record is gone they no longer identify you, and they disappear shortly after regardless.
- Anonymised, aggregated counts — for example how busy a place was at a given hour. These contain no personal data and cannot be traced back to you.
Retention
There is no waiting period and no soft-delete. Once you confirm, your record is removed from our systems. We keep nothing in reserve in case you change your mind, so deletion cannot be undone — you would need to create a new account.
